Sharp Halachic Discourse by the Author of "Shevet HaLevi" Zt”k, in His holy Handwriting.
A handwritten autographed manuscript containing a sharp halachic discourse by the great and holy Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Wosner, author of Shevet HaLevi Zt”l, on the laws concerning a Jew and a non-Jew who jointly provided a loan secured by chametz. This discourse was later printed in Shevet HaLevi (Volume 6, Siman 51).
1 page, in very good condition, with some light water stains. The text is written on letterhead paper of his son, the Gaon Rabbi Ben Zion Wosner.
